Special Contact List and Guidelines - Counterintelligence Efforts

This special contact list and guidelines was created to provide significant citizens' protection from character assassinations, spiritual terrorism, mental health terrorism in any form, physical terrorism, hidden agendas, political entanglements, special interest groups, well-meaning people, paranormal activities, strange politics, shadowy things or other undue influences. Ultimately, the creation of a network of responsible contacts will provide proper support in time of crisis. The special contact list and guidelines addresses some very serious issues when your choices of proper help is limited.

The special contact list and guidelines was created to provide assistance to people who have encountered physical, emotional and spiritual trouble inside and outside the community, corporation or government from seen and unseen undue influences. It is only for the first line of defense and safety precautions should be taken before implementing. It is important to create a healthy synergy physically, mentally, financially and spiritually to fight the powers, principalities and authorities that are engulfed in the darkness and disconnected from God.

After exploring the system, collecting and gathering information, I keep returning to one thing which is this special contact list and guidelines for preventing crime and violence of any kind.  One can be a superman/superwoman but when darkness is around, watch out. Evil can do so much damage that is unspeakable. Many professionals and people can be vulnerable to such wickedness at the wrong time and at the wrong person. Why take chances?  It is a zero tolerance policy for crime and violence prevention.

I have seen the wealth of good that the community can accomplish, basically prepared written material; but I have witnessed multitude of horrors a helpful or hostile community can create. People, including me, are afraid of frivolous lawsuits, frivolous psychiatric care,  frivolous imprisonment, frivolous paranoia of others,  the frivolous religious and occult conditioning, frivolous dating scenarios, frivolous men and woman issues, the frivolous government conspiracies theories, the frivolous social services, the frivolous military and law enforcement maneuvers, questionable friends and relatives and frivolous physical, mental and spiritual games that cause serious harm. Of course, I am unable to know everything, at times fallible; but that is not a reason to avoid addressing these issues.

Bottom Line

If somebody has a serious or simple problem, it is up to the individual to take proper action to prevent further damage without feeling threaten by people, any organization or groups in a healthy socially acceptable fashion. If the problem exists in his/her head, the person should also take proper action to prevent further damage. In my book, evil exists in the vicinity due to the person's environment, culture or brief encounters with groups or organizations.

ZERO TOLERANCE for unnecessary potentially harmful physical, mental and spiritual games.

We should make sure that our naive, average citizens do not become sacrificial lambs due to unseen and seen influences due to the professional, educational,  mental health, legal, law enforcement communities unseen activities and other invisible forces for good or evil. Uncontrolled strong physical, mental, spiritual influences can cause dangerous problems that can originate from internal and external strategies. The special contact list and guidelines is designed to address different issues that may appear and be beyond the communities' understanding and abilities. It will aid to prevent misinterpretation when nobody contacts the person due to their policies and allow the person to gradually tell the truth of the subject matter or weirdness. For some reasons, we like silencing people when it creates conflicts in our little world. Finally, people will be able to professionally report their experiences to the proper authorities. As a result, we can help others to avoid these situations and the authorities to fulfill their obligation with honor and integrity. It will prevent crime and violence at all levels.

Special Note:  When talking, writing letters or any other forms of communication, avoid discussing any wrong doing or violating any standard protocol. It is up to the investigative team to gather and collect information of the event. Just discuss your concerns, emotions and symptoms of the "event" without revealing information that no one needs to know except the investigator. Use your discretion. Avoid incriminating yourself for anything until proper assistance is given.

Warning: For government, intelligence agencies', corporate and military employees, check out your entity's policy and procedures for contacting outside of your organization. You may be violating security protocol, severely reprimanded or unjustly terminated. For some reason, such action is frowned upon. Please keep in mind when your choices are limited, you may have no other options due to the seriousness or weirdness of your situation. Do not take chances or play games with your physical, mental, financial and spiritual well being.

Special Note:  Networking with County Commissioners and attending their meetings may be a good forum to address community issues that are outside the scope of normal happenings.

Community Outreach Programs:  For problems that are non-emergency status, there are community outreach programs of government and non-government organizations that can offer special support for creating a safer, securer and stable environment in a diplomatic way. Community outreach programs provides a way to share information, network, mentor and help anyone who needs special attention physically, mentally, financially and spiritually. If all goes well, a healthy synergy and support will be created for anyone facing challenging, stressful or leisurely issues.

Warning:  Extreme care must be taken when seeking assistance. We live in a world of ignorance, wickedness, fear, criminal activity, misguidance, questionable practices, bias and hatred that can create a hostile environment regardless of sex, race, color, beliefs, ethnicity, national origin, professional occupation, mental illness, handicap and spirituality. Make sure that no service uses barbaric tactics, uses improper treatments, violates your rights or embarrasses you. Avoid any form of physical, mental, financial and spiritual terrorism. Stay Alert.

Warning: The principles of the contact list and guidelines were developed in a high risk environment by an amateur for security reasons due to unusual physical, mental and spiritual phenomenon. The principles are not completed or their implications fully tested.

Conclusion:

Our society produces admirable things, but at the same time our society has created an atmosphere that can become unpredictable, hostile and dangerous. Society has created a bureaucracy that can destroy lives or help save lives physically, mentally, financially and spiritually. Possessing a powerful contact list and the knowledge to execute the list in times of crisis will preserve our physical, mental, financial and spiritual well being.
