Chanukkah of the 21st Century

Commissioners, Media and Citizens:

Today, it is my duty to share with you a special Jewish celebration and my personal meaning of Chanukkah in order to bring harmony and peace to the community.

Chanukkah is more than the story of the ancient military victory that occurred between the Maccabees and Syrian-Greek Forces in the second century. It is more than the struggles that the Jewish people fought and suffered in America, Europe, Russia, Germany and the Middle East. It is a celebration of everlasting freedom, a belief in democracy, individual’s protections and a commitment to a spiritual quest that began in the beginning of time. In the future, the celebration should be a way to embrace our own spiritual quest, identity and God’s will for us free of people’s religious, political, social, intelligence and philosophical issues.

It is about an Eternal Flame in a temple during an ancient siege that burned for eight days on an amount of oil meant for one day. According to the Talmud, God performed a miracle in order to strengthen our faith so we could be victorious. As a nation, we our fighting many battles that are physical, mental and spiritual in nature, only through the love of God can we achieve success in everything we do but we must be willing to embrace God’s light for truth and justice.

During this week, we light the Chanukkah Candles. Each candle represent a special meaning that is based on God’s love and teachings. The symbolism of the eight candles is the following, respectively: Light of God, The Torah that is the basic teachings of Jewish-Christian Values, Justice, Mercy, Holiness, Love, Faith and Courage.

So, when we celebrate Christmas, attend Christmas parades and festivities and admire the Christmas tree on the Chester County Courthouse steps, please remember the Jewish people, the menorah and the story of Chanukkah. For me, it has been a struggle to embrace my own Jewish Identity. I was forced to hide my background, suppress my Jewish Identity and embrace Christianity along the way in order to survive and understand Judaism as well as Christianity better. Perhaps, it was my mission that was ordained by God in order to bring peace and joy to the world. Luckily, as I grew up surrounded by Chester County citizens of all faiths, I was loved, respected and accepted. I was blessed with friends who did not crucify me that would come much later by unseen shadowy forces that we all fight and must fight. May God protect and guide us along our journey.

As I finish my talk, I would like to say a few words in Hebrew. Shalom Aleichem that means "Peace be with you". For my friends in the Christian Community, "Christ be with you".

Special Spiritual Prayer

Commissioners, Citizens and Media:

In response to past, recent and future military and community transgressions, reporting dilemmas and chain of command practices, I adapted a special spiritual prayer to address these issues from a book by Shakuntala Modi called Remarkable Healings: A Psychiatrist Discovers Unsuspected Roots of Mental and Physical Illness.

Protection Prayer and Technique

I pray to God to please cleanse, heal, shield, and protect me, all my family members, friends, and coworkers from evil beings, all human beings under their influences and related foreign entities that includes shadowy shields, energies, connections, soul fragments and devices. Eradicate all foreign entities from our minds, bodies and spirits. Collect them, raise them up, help them or imprison them with the light of God.

Use your infinite power to enclose and saturate our homes, vehicles, workplaces, recreational places and any other surroundings with your light. Saturate, shield, protect and illuminate us with your love and light as long as our souls exist; and bless us, enlighten us, balance us, transform us and guide us in the proper direction. Please keep us loving, giving, caring, forgiving, and humble all the time.

Please place the armor of light and protective shields around our surroundings and us when needed, and remove them when not needed. Please protect us in this and other dimensions. I empower you to implement a course of action on our behalf to protect our souls throughout creation.

I intend to implement a strategy to prevent ungodly spirits from overpowering and influencing me and to reject all the works of evil influences and humans under their influence. In addition, I will entertain God’s works, achieve God’s purposes and complete my mission that was ordained by God.

Also, please cover and destroy with the light all shadowy command and non-command centers that exists strategically concealed throughout creation. Severe their corrosive connections with all evil beings and all things in creation, including the whole earth, and all the human beings, spiritual beings and other living beings and their surroundings. Saturate, shield, and illuminate all things in creation with the armor of God. (Modi, 1997)

A spiritual prayer can be a powerful resource to address the above issues.

Volunteer Crime and Violence Prevention

Commissioners, Citizen and Media:

The counterintelligence briefing addresses volunteer crime and violence prevention.

Volunteering is a wonderful way to help others, acquire skills, create friendships and give back to society, but the act of volunteering is not free from legal problems and questionable business practices. Volunteers may encounter criminal activities, immorality, questionable policies, inadequate training, spiritual misconduct, unhealthy culture climate, omissions and negligence. Therefore, a volunteer protection policy should be executed to preserve all parties’ physical, mental, financial and spiritual health.

Follow these abbreviated guidelines to protect yourself from questionable activities

Research, analyze and study volunteer protection liabilities. The Volunteer Protection Act of 1997 protects you from liabilities if the harm was not the result of willful or criminal misconduct, gross negligence, civil rights violations, federal or state law violations. The only requirement is that the volunteer must prove his/her innocence, which may result in physical, mental, financial and spiritual damages.
Check out the mission statement, history of the organization, security issues, legal and financial records, insurance coverage, fundraising methods, programs and publications. Find the truth about the health of the organization or individual, but be careful of reprisals.
Create a crisis management plan to protect yourself from any type of misfortune.
Guard against double talk, misinformation, misplaced guilt and questionable backing.
Guard against being vulnerable to overpowering influences.

If anything looks shady, walk away. Notify proper authorities.

The act of volunteering was always scary for me. Realistically, I was afraid of twisted ideologies, omissions, exploitation, spiritual misconduct, Anti-American doctrines, conversions, unsound ideas, criminal activities, hostilities, unsafe environments, legal threats and sexual antics. I lacked a capable support system to investigate the legitimacy of an individual or organization. Some individuals or groups are more prone to becoming a target for being distinct. No person should be forced into any uncomfortable situation without proper social, legal, law enforcement and crisis management training and support. Trust your instincts, investigate and follow your spiritual calling. There is no dishonor in not volunteering. There are too many dangerous games that exist out there. With proper counterintelligence training, your physical, mental, financial and spiritual health will remain intact.

Child Protection Policy

Commissioners, Citizen and Media:

This counterintelligence briefing addresses child protection in regards to crime and violence prevention.

An in-depth child protection policy should be implemented to prevent dangerous situation. Being knowledgeable is the first step in any prevention. Understanding child protection will enable a person to protect a child from any physical, mental and spiritual misguidance, misbehavior or aggressions. A healthy mindset will help prevent crime and violence from creeping into one's life and your friends. Society has become very concern with creating a healthy atmosphere and safe environment for our children due to dangerous undercurrents.

Please use the following as recommended child protection guidelines. The plan will prepare the child's parents, friends, relatives, teachers, mentors, religious representatives and neighbors to prevent any form of physical, mental and spiritual games or abuse. Adapt accordingly.

A child protection policy should contain the following:

A clear set of goals, objectives and how to protect children within your environment.
Proper procedures and education on how to handle children properly.
Proper guidelines for physical, mental and spiritual interaction.
An in-depth explanation of different types of physical, mental or spiritual abuses.
A crisis management plan on how to respond to any crisis.
A contact list of people and agencies for physical, mental and spiritual assistance.
Proper guidelines for recruiting, training, monitoring and supervising all individuals.
A code of behavior to protect adults, volunteers and other helpers from lawsuits, inappropriate behavior, dangerous interactions and other unseen questionable events.
Proper guidelines for confidential record keeping and processing complaints.
Proper federal, state and local legal code connectedness.

By creating, studying and understanding child protection policy, the individual will be stronger physically, mentally and spiritually to combat crime and violence. The individual will be able to avoid harmful and questionable situations, reduce fears that may arise from the media, horror stories, legal and social services cases; correct others inappropriate behavior and prevent nightmares. Proper training for all parties is necessary to prevent crime and violence. With proper training, the adult and child will feel safer and more secure. The adult will acquire more skills, confidence and courage to aid children to reach their full potential in a positive, uplifting and healthy way.

Spiritual Crime and Violence Prevention

Commissioners, Citizen and Media:

Why is this counterintelligence briefing different from all other briefings? It deals with spiritual crime and violence prevention.

Spirituality is the most frightening, ignored, threatening, covert and complex issue to address due to divine reality changes and political intimidation. To prevent crime, violence and other ungodly events requires training in crime and violence prevention, discernment, self-improvement, spirituality and public safety programs. By possessing high standards and knowing oneself, one can sense things that are not normal to one’s existence. By being spiritually sensitive, our physical, emotional and spiritual well being will remain healthy.

The U.S. Constitution and laws were created to protect everyone's physical and mental rights in regards to life, liberty and property from official coercion; but does not speak about protection of spiritual freedoms or our rights to be protected from ungodly spiritual forces. By acknowledging and correctly using spirituality, we can prevent crime and violence before violating any laws or ethics. Once the law is violated, the law can only be used to judge the physical and mental facts of the situation and not the spiritual facts that may have caused the situation. For things caused by threatening spiritual undercurrents, Divine intervention will be required to administer justice to all parties involved.

If you are overpowered by unknown spiritual callings, ungodly forces, spiritual games or spiritual terrorism, request backup from trusted law enforcement agencies, intelligence sources, spiritual leaders and citizens; but be prepared for questionable dangerous responses, intense aversion to spirituality and unanticipated physical, mental, financial and spiritual problems. Be vague and just say, "It is a spiritual thing." until proper rapport is given. By creating a healthy synergy, people will be protected from overpowering spiritual forces, criminal activities, illusions and twisted ideas, theologies, and philosophies. Hopefully, the community will offer healthy spiritual support and prayers. With proper crime and violence prevention skills, our physical, emotional, spiritual and financial well being will remain intact.

Due to the controversial subject matter, people must trust their instincts to do what is justified, but be prepared for life threatening consequences. Seek proper physical, mental and spiritual support on the subject matter. Sometimes, our choices are limited and we must sacrifice everything to protect, serve and survive.

Legal Crime and Violence Prevention

Commissioner, Citizens and Media

This counterintelligence briefing addresses legal action in regards to crime and violence prevention. It may reveal some hidden dangers in your area.

As citizens, we are being overpowered by hostile physical, mental and spiritual forces that create legal problems, questionable activities and hostile environments. People are being confronted with ungodly lawsuits that are encouraged by misguided influences. Counterintelligence is important in preserving our physical, mental, financial and spiritual well being.

Things that pollute the system, destroy lives and obstruct justice are:

Frivolous lawsuits, strange politics and illegal activities

Legal, law enforcement and mental health persecution

Professional exploitation, questionable practices and ungodly acts

Unintelligible laws and legal actions that suppress the truth and the light

Discretionary practices originating from ungodly impulses that decide what is socially accepted, legally enforced and ethical

Physical, mental, financial and spiritual targeting

Let us take action to stop such atrocities by requesting backup from law enforcement agencies, community resources and other entities in order to preserve the community’s integrity. Unethical lawful games and dangerous undercurrents should victimize no one.

The American legal system provides tools that protect ordinary citizens, help create a better life and justly manipulate others. However, the legal system has also created a shadowy world full of turmoil, questionable practices and stressful problems. The laws can gravely injure honest hard working citizens who encountered people who exploit, threaten and extort them. At times, citizens become prey to physical, mental and spiritual forces that misguide and abuse the law for ungodly reasons. We should employ justified legal action, as the last resort. Individuals must learn to treat others with respect and dignity, to build healthy working relationships and to give proper support. With proper knowledge and training, destructive forces can be eliminated. Let us eradicate the abuse by policing the complex legal system.

After you have done everything to stand your ground, stand firm so God and his/her angels can protect and guide you against devilish schemes.  Learn to remain silent, peaceful and loving when undue influences insult, oppress, curse, humiliate, harass and attack you. Let God's power work through his/her children and wait for God's command to defend yourself. Request backup from law enforcement, Federal Bureau of Investigations and other resources if you become a target.

Mental Health Crime and Violence Prevention

Commissioners, Citizens and Media

This briefing addresses Mental Health in regards to Counterintelligence: Crime and Violence Prevention. It may reveal shadowy problems in the mental health community.

Counterintelligence is very important for safely navigating the mental health community. When a person deals with the mental health community and other professionals that use their services, one should implement steps to prevent mental health crime and violence. It has reached a point that people are becoming victims due to exploitation, prejudices, shady practices, questionable interpretations, hidden agendas, poor communication and community games in aiding a person to heal mentally, physically and spiritually. Counterintelligence will help us to avoid any physical, mental and spiritual games that may occur in the mental health community, corporations, government and other areas of life.

It is impossible for me to discuss all the mental health issues, but there are simple things to remember to protect your self from being an easy target.

Check out your mental health rights.

Verify with credible facts your reality and the realities of your acquaintances.

Collect and gather information about the subject matter, theories and treatment.

Educate yourself about Counterintelligence: Crime and Violence Prevention.

Protect yourself from physical, mental, verbal or spiritual threats, unfair treatment, legal or illegal use of drugs and/or questionable practices.

Get help from regional, federal and national resources and agencies as required.

Verify that no discrimination exists in regards to race, age, gender, color, beliefs, religion, spirituality, nationality, disability or marital status.

Through Counterintelligence, proper mental health assistance can be obtained. Remember that the mental health community has numerous problems that can harm the client physically, mentally, financially and spiritually. Be careful of questionable practices and controversial interpretations such as the conflict between Freudian and Jungian theories, psychiatry and psychology. Beware of misdiagnosis, misguidance and misuse of drugs, mistreatment, spiritual problems, bureaucratic red tape, brainwashing and other shadowy games. Trust your instinct to do the right thing, stay positive and know when to request backup to keep you safe. With proper knowledge and training, your physical, mental, financial and spiritual well being will remain healthy and intact.

Special Contact List and Guidelines

Commissioner, Citizens and Media

I would like to give a briefing on creating a special contact list and guidelines in regards to Counterintelligence: Crime and Violence Prevention to reveal hidden dangers in your area. Let us stop re-victimization and dangerous undercurrents.

In our society, a citizen must deal with unknown phenomenon, possibly dangerous situations. At times, we do not understand what is happening or why? We lack the formal training to secure proper aid. Silence, non-action and secrecy are the preferred method of choice. Getting involved in other peoples’ lives invites trouble. Reporting the truth or writing letters can innocently instigate stalking and harassment threats, investigations, retaliation and law enforcement and mental health attacks. We are being disabled by hostile physical, mental and spiritual games.

To fight this kind of nonsense, employ these guidelines to protect yourself, stabilize your environment and ensure proper help is given. It will insure that no party becomes disabled physically, mentally, financially and spiritually without just cause.

Notify and gather support from law enforcement agencies, community resources and other entities as required. Truthfully, present your case to the best of your ability.  Determine if proper assistance was given. Be vague to prevent misinterpretation and avoid self-incrimination.

If necessary, duplicate your efforts across the United States to ensure proper protection from any unseen problems, events or other unknowns.

If no response is given, citizens may assist you quietly while covering your assets.

Just by sending any form of communication, unseen spiritual assistance may be given.

Be careful of being mislead by physical, mental and spiritual undue influences.

Avoid contacting people more than three times unless there are signs of welcome. Security concerns may occur if contact is too frequent so tread carefully.

Prepare security contact list and guidelines to present to others on your adventure.

If possible, try to continue with your normal duties and responsibilities.

Visit the Courthouse often, if no one responds. Secure protection and an education in law. Create a command center in the Courthouse, if necessary.

If you experience physical, mental and spiritual injuries, go play with the community resources until further notice.

Our society produces admirable things, however our society has also created an atmosphere that can become unpredictable, hostile and dangerous. Society has created a bureaucracy that can destroy lives or help save lives physically, mentally, financially and spiritually. Possessing a powerful contact list and the knowledge to execute the list in times of crisis will preserve our physical, mental, financial and spiritual well being.

Crisis Management Plan

Commissioners, Citizens and Media

I would like to speak about Crisis Management Plans in regards to Counterintelligence: Crime and Violence Prevention. The briefing might be outside the scope of the in-house plans.

As citizens, we should take up arms and create a community personal crisis management plan. The plan is important to aid ordinary citizens in time of crisis and prevent unforeseen events in daily activities. In our society, we are also fighting wars on our own home front that include:

Spiritual, Religious and Cultural Wars
Political, Legal and Mental Health Wars
Government, Corporate and Criminal Wars
Guns, Alcohol and Drug Wars
Community Turf Wars
Generational and Gender Wars
Terrorism and other stuff

We must prevent needless casualties. Our citizens are being consumed by hostile forces. Each individual has God given rights to take action to preserve their own physical, mental, financial and spiritual well being.

Therefore, when we create a crisis management plan, we should incorporate all factors that can create a hostile and dangerous environment. We need to provide quality information, quickly and accurately, to any individual who may become a target or potential victim or end up on our doorstep. A solid plan is important to combat undue influences. It involves everyone from the top brass to the low man on the totem pole. No person should hide behind ineffective policies when someone needs help. Proper guidance and a little act of kindness can go a long way in preventing things.

A Personal Crisis Management Plan would help our citizens to address all complex and confusing issues. It may prevent things from getting out of hand. Let us make sure that no outsider becomes a piñata, a fragile container filled with candy and toys suspended from a height to be broken by blindfolded children with sticks.

Hate Crime and Violence Prevention

Commissioners, Citizens and Media

Due to the recent movie release, the Passion; upcoming religious events and other unseen activities, hate crime and violence prevention is important topic to address. It can happen to anybody, anywhere and at anytime. It can be physical, mental and spiritual in nature. It can be elusive or artless. Extreme forms can result in physical, mental and spiritual terrorism. For prevention reason, it is our responsibility to instill good morals and ethics, remind the community and teach spiritual discernment. To fight crime and violence, we need to track and report suspicious activities regardless of its nature. We need to educate ourselves, be proactive and protect ourselves from unseen influences.

To clean up the environment, sometimes requires a powerful support system.

If anybody needs help, ask help from the following resources.

God and/or spiritual support resources
Law enforcement and intelligence communities
Local, State and Federal officials
Crime and Violence Prevention Centers
Sound support groups, legal and mental health services

To combat hate crime requires a person to find the truth to any situation, ask for support from the community and refrain from any form of discrimination. Win the fight by doing what is justified within God’s eyes and the law and spread healthy ideologies or actions. Stay in the light. Through forgiveness, kindness, love, spiritual discernment and truth is the only way to win the war on discrimination. With the knowledge of Counterintelligence: hate crime and violence prevention, your physical, mental, financial and spiritual well being will remain healthy.

No individual should ever be subjected to such discrimination, shady practices or brutality in any form physically, mentally, financially and spiritually.

Warning: Please investigate policies and procedures, laws and regulations and history of the organization. If you become suspicious or threatened, find help elsewhere. Guard against questionable practices, carelessness, negligence, criminal activities, off the record conduct, biases, misinformation, re-victimization, misguidance and misdirection when seeking assistance. Know your individual rights, the right to collect information on any subject matter and the right to use other resources, if necessary. Check your instincts from time to time. Proper help is not always available. As a result, other healthy socially accepted methods must be established. Know when to request professional backup for protection.
