Closing
Dangerous Loopholes
Commissioners, Citizens and Media:
I am Alan Scott, a
citizen engaged in Counterintelligence: Crime And Violence Prevention.
Once upon a time,
there was an angel who decided to free a mother and child from physical,
mental, legal, financial, criminal and spiritual darkness and abuse. The
angel would listen, watch, investigate and offer assistance in time of
need in order to keep them, safe, secure and alive in a sea of darkness,
manipulations, questionable practices and lies.
The process of
seeking assistance proved difficult and unnecessarily drawn out. Almost
like, the devil was pulling powerful invisible strings from a secret site
to ensure that all personal contracts were honored. A decade of continuous
court hearings, costly legal fees, 911 calls, PFA orders, information
exchanges, domestic violence aid, child protections, spiritual counseling,
medical care and mental health therapy was tearfully executed to fight the
threat. At times, the mother and the child had to choose between food and
housing or questionable legal fees and related costs to save themselves
from the darkness. Funding, policies, endless paperwork, manpower and
fears limited the amount of comfort, aid and protection given. After
everything was said and done, the process would be partially effective
against resolving threatening issues in a healthy way.
The person of
interest had his own legal defense, street smarts, contacts and helpers to
hide his sins. There was no evidence or witnesses to stand up in court due
to his criminal training. He got away with murder, threats, hiding money,
legal bullying, lies and mayhem, sort of.
The angel who
tried to help was horrified about the courthouse craziness, cultish games
and injustices. He saw a
mother trying to save her child only to be victimized with free help,
costly legal fees, wishful thinking and endless tears while almost losing
her home in the process. However, he also saw a mother and child being
educated, helped, trained, protected and lifted up by those honorable
people with good intentions and limited resources. The angel cried out to
God for justice, protection, love and understanding.
Let's create a
task force to investigate, educate, execute improvements, provide civilian
executive protections, close loopholes, give financial aid & wipe
tears away. October is
Domestic Violence, Bully Prevention, Child Abuse and Health Awareness
month so let us find better ways to stop the cycle of physical, mental,
legal, financial and spiritual violence.
May our lives be
filled with God, healthy spirituality, love, kindness, respect, healing,
truthfulness, validation, divine protection, good health, angelic
relationships, redemption, forgiveness, enlightenment, appreciation &
wealth, our daily bread.

Justified
Discrimination
Commissioners, Citizens and Media:
I am Alan Scott, a
citizen engaged in Counterintelligence: Crime And Violence Prevention.
Let us explore a
reoccurring covert theme in regards to Easter, Passover, Holocaust
awareness, my own personal drama and pain & suffering of others in a
special way.
Discrimination is
the unjust or prejudicial treatment against individuals, groups or things
based on likes, dislikes, beliefs, intelligence, presentation, money,
race, color, sex, origin, age, occupation, politics, criminality,
affiliation, disability, religion, spirituality and genetics.
Let us ask four
thought provoking questions:
Is it justified to
discriminate against criminals, twisted ideologies, murderers, social
deviates, abusers, drug dealers, addicts, thieves, exploiters, liars,
haters, discriminators, false teachers, monsters and cults that may
threatened our well being, love ones, neighbors and fellow citizens?
Is it justified to
discriminate against those individuals who violate U. S. civil and
criminal laws, moral codes, basic human rights or healthy divine
teachings?
Is it justified to
discriminate when your personal safety, security and health is being
threatened by evil influences?
Is it feasible to
reject unhealthy physical, mental, legal, political, financial and
spiritual influences without being abused, threatened, reprimanded,
condemned and crucified?
Let us make sure
that no one is being tempted, recruited, manipulated or engulfed by
dangerous influences who promote criminality, immorality, unhealthy life
styles and questionable practices. Let us make sure no one becomes a
sacrificial lamb, scapegoat, piñata,
accessory or casualty from dirty politics. Let us make sure that no one is
crucified, persecuted, unjustly
tried or convicted. Let us make sure that when we encourage others to
accept all things unholy that people are properly trained, supported and
protected in a healthy way so no one is physically, mentally, socially,
legally, politically, financially, religiously and spiritually harmed by
devilish schemes. Let us make sure that no one is discriminated against
for bringing the light to the world.
May
our lives be filled with God, healthy spirituality, love, kindness,
respect, healing, truthfulness, validation, divine protection, good
health, angelic relationships, redemption,
forgiveness, enlightenment,
appreciation & wealth, our daily bread.

Pennsylvania
Gangs & Criminal Organizations
Commissioners,
Citizens and Media:
I am Alan Scott, a
citizen engaged in Counterintelligence: Crime And Violence Prevention.
Due to my exposure
with criminals, ungodly ideologies and unspeakable practices, let us bring
awareness to Pennsylvania gangs and criminal organizations in the local
vicinity. This speech is based on reports from the FBI, National Gang
Intelligence Center, Pennsylvania Crime Commission and my own
observations. Let us join together to prevent recruitment, shady behaviors
and victimization from characters and dark undercurrents.
Here is a brief
list of gangs and organized crime that may exist in our community:
Mafia Crime Groups, Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs, Freelance
Entrepreneurs, Black, Hispanic and Asian Organized Crime, Military Gangs,
Prison Gangs & other groups.
Criminal
activities consists of drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, human
trafficking, legal trickery, racketeering, money laundering, credit card
fraud & white collar crime. Other activities consists of assault,
threats, intimidations, disrespect, violence, rape, theft, robbery,
extortion, murders, suicides, prostitution,
gambling, illegal drugs and alcohol usage and animal mistreatment
or sacrifices.
Beware of
recruitment techniques such as love, seduction, threats, targeting,
coercion, money, rewards, fun activities, bribery, misrepresentation,
lies, abuses, propaganda, false promises of security, wealth & respect
& unseen physical, mental & spiritual games.
Their objectives
are to recruit or misuse women, men, children & other life forms to
promote their agendas. Also, they seek to infiltrate neighborhoods,
businesses, law enforcement, government and the military to help them with
their criminal or entertainment activities.
To prevent
criminal organizations from corrupting our community, we will need to
create a Civilian Command Center and network with God, Spiritual Friends,
Commissioners, Judges, DA, Detectives, Sheriff, Local, State & Federal
Law enforcement, Intelligence Agencies, Military, Human Services, Domestic
Violence Centers, Elected Officials and citizens in order to receive
proper physical, mental, social, political, legal, financial and spiritual
assistance.
Please keep in
mind, there may be members who are law abiding citizens and help others in
a healthy way. Some of them may just be misunderstood. No one should be
physically, mentally, financially and spiritually threatened without
justification.
