Counterintelligence: Crime And Violence Prevention

Good Faith Reporting

Commissioners, Citizens and Media:

I am Alan Scott, a citizen engaged in Counterintelligence: Crime And Violence Prevention.

Once upon a time, there was an angel who tried to help a community to vanquish physical, mental, criminal, legal, financial and spiritual darkness and abuse. The angel with the help from friends would listen, watch, investigate and report things to the powers that be in order to keep everyone, safe, secure and alive in a sea of darkness, manipulations, questionable practices and lies.

Good faith reporting and legal privileges were being violated by predators, legal practitioners and criminals to protect their unethical behaviors and interests. Special privileges to ask for help, tell the truth, save souls, stop predators and fight crime were being threatened. Good faith reporting is the ability to tell the truth, share information, expose shady activities and work with law enforcement to protect and serve without the fears of retaliation, mental health harm, improper arrest, frivolous lawsuits and defamation threats. Legal privileges are  types of immunities given for certain acts and statements made in the pursuit of finding the truth. No one can prevent you from telling the truth or threaten you unless special circumstances, legal extortion, human rights violations or criminality exists.

The process of reporting seemed full of physical, mental, legal, financial and spiritual threats.  Almost like, the devil was pulling powerful invisible strings from a secret site to ensure that all personal contracts were honored and mouths kept shut. Funding, policies, endless paperwork, manpower and fears limited the amount of comfort, aid and protection given to citizens. As a result, individuals got away with murder, threats, hiding money, legal bullying, criminal acts, violence, stupidity, lies and mayhem.

The angel who tried to help was horrified about the craziness, cultish games, plundering and injustices. He saw citizens being victimized for reporting crime, giving names, exposing questionable activities, working with law enforcement and asking for help. The angel cried out to God for justice, protection, love and understanding.

Let's create a task force to investigate, educate, cultivate change, provide personal protections, close loopholes, give financial aid & eliminate fears. Let us stop the cycle of physical, mental, political, legal, financial and spiritual violence on reporting.

May our lives be filled with God, healthy spirituality, love, kindness, respect, healing, truthfulness, validation, divine protection, good health, angelic relationships, redemption, forgiveness, enlightenment, appreciation & wealth, our daily bread.

Know your individual rights, the right to collect information on any subject matter and the right to use other resources, if necessary. Check your instincts from time to time. Proper help is not always available. As a result, other healthy socially accepted methods must be established. Know when to request professional backup for protection.
