Commissioners,
Citizens and Media:
I

There
are mental health secret practices and dangerous undercurrents that can
cause trouble for the
consumer. Furthermore, these practices may be legal. The information is
based on my investigation and an article by Anne Field "10 Things That
Your
Therapist
Won’t Tell You" from Smart Money Magazine, May 2004.
|
·
Beware
of therapy, counseling and "one approach to all problems"
methods. Not all are created equally. Mental health experts may take
your case without having proper training, expertise or mindset in
regards to your physical,
mental and spiritual matters. They may overreact, use questionable
techniques and prescribe unnecessary drugs that may harm you.
|
|
·
Your
Mental
Health experts may have
more physical, mental, financial and spiritual behavioral problems
than you do. It can interfere with successful therapy and result in
criminality. Watch out for dangerous influences by insurance
companies, drug companies and outside powers. For example, the
insurance companies requires labeling all clients with psychiatric
babble to get paid. Thus, it may lead to physical, mental, financial
and spiritual misdiagnosis, abuse, legal threats and incompetency
games.
|
|
·
What
you tell your Mental
Health expert may not be
private. Courts can subpoena your records in special cases. Thus,
reports may be misread, misused and leaked. Also, experts are required
to notify the authorities of any perceived evil thoughts for public
safety.
|
|
·
Fees
may be negotiable regardless of education and experience. Starving
mental health experts may take your offer to pay their bills.
|
|
·
To
cover overhead costs, your mental health experts may extend the
therapy beyond what you really need and deserve.
|
To
protect yourself from physical, mental, financial and spiritual abuse,
|
·
Test
them. For example, tell them about your spiritual friends & voices
and see how dirty it gets. Check out their background and expertise in
your matters. Ask questions.
|
|
·
Look
for improprieties, criminal activities and complaints.
|
|
·
Investigate
your insurance provider to get an idea of what is justified treatment.
|
|
·
Bring
in backup if you feel threatened, scared and mistreated.
|
|
·
Invite
your legal team or FBI friends to attend your therapy sessions to
ensure that you are well treated & protected from entrapments,
verbal abuse and therapist delusions. |
Be
careful out there and try to find fun loving spirits who can help you to
heal properly. Things may get much worse before getting better due to
questionable agendas, sloppy referral practices, hostile environments,
spiritual games and community politics. It may be your destiny to play
games, role play, help others to see the truth and reveal dangerous
currents. If you think you had a minor problem before you see mental
health experts, by the time the games are all over, you may suffer from
PTSD and other mental health issues. You may never ask for help again or
get involved again. You may
wished that you kept your mouth shut and never applied to a secretive
agency. There are some
marvelous experts out there
and I apologize, if I offended anyone, but sometimes the truth can hurt.
God help us all.

Zero-Tolerance
Policy
Commissioners,
Citizens and Media:
I
am Alan Scott, a citizen engaged in Counterintelligence: Crime
&
Violence Prevention.
Due to society's antisocial behavior and
questionable practices, Let us
revisit my Special Contact List & Guidelines that I created
to provide protection from character assassinations, physical, mental and
spiritual terrorism, hidden agendas, strange politics, special interest
groups, well-meaning people, paranormal schemes, criminal activity or
unwanted shadowy influences. Ultimately, the creation of a network of
responsible contacts will provide proper support in time of crisis or
non-emergencies. Community outreach provides ways to share information,
network, mentor and help anyone who needs special attention physically,
mentally, financially and spiritually. If blessed, sanctioned or approved,
a healthy synergy and support will be created for anyone facing sinful
challenges. Use your judgment & network with the following entities.
|
God
and Healthy Spiritual Support,
|
|
A
Community Violence Prevention Network or Public Health Department
|
|
Local
and/or State Police, FBI, NSA, DEA, Secret Service, CIA and Pentagon.
|
|
County
Commissioners, Academia,
Judges and Elected Officials at all levels.
|
|
Homeland
Security, Defense Intelligence Agency and the United State Justice Department.
|
|
Family
Services, Domestic
Violence Center or Special Associations,
|
|
Proper
Medical, Mental Health and/or Legal Resources.
|
|
Healthy
support from friends and relatives, if possible
|
|
Local
and National Media, Office of Personnel Management and Corporations
|
After
exploring the system, collecting and gathering information, I keep
returning to this special contact list. One can be a superhuman but when
darkness is around, watch out. Many
professionals and people can be vulnerable to
unspeakable evil towards the wrong person at the wrong time. It is
a zero tolerance policy for crime and violence. Why take Chances? After
networking, someone can tell the unfortunate person why no one could
properly help save the person. A problem solving report should be written
for review.
Extreme
care must be taken when seeking assistance. We live in a world of
ignorance, wickedness, fear, criminal activity, misguidance, bias and
hatred that can create a hostile environment regardless of sex, race,
color, beliefs, ethnicity, national origin, occupation, mental issues,
handicap and spirituality. Make sure that no service uses barbaric
tactics, uses improper treatments, violates your rights or embarrasses
you. Stay Alert.
The
above material was developed in a high risk environment by an amateur for
security reasons due to unusual physical, mental and spiritual phenomenon.
The ideas are not fully completed, tested or understood. After everyone
gets done with you, you can apply for disability due to your physical,
mental, financial and spiritual beatings.
One
person can make a difference. Do not let any entity target you or mistreat
you.

Public
Corruption Fiasco
Commissioners,
Citizens and Media:
I am
Alan Scott, a citizen engaged in Executive Protection for Civilians.
As I was
growing up in my beloved community, I was always fearful of participating
in government, organizations, groups and other activities due to public
corruption stories that involved habitual lying, so-called accidents,
shadowy recruitment, dirty politics, complex entrapments, twisted
conversions, discrimination, questionable contracts and wrongful deaths.
Today we will examine how public corruption can steal our trusts and
innocence?
According
to the FBI story "Public Corruption: Why It's Our #1 Criminal
Priority", "Public corruption is a breach of trust by federal,
state or local officials—often with the help of private sector
accomplices." Special Agent Patrick Bohrer from their Public
Corruption/ Civil Rights program at FBI Headquarters commented that it can
be found in legislature, court houses, law enforcement, schools, township
boards, various government agencies, companies [or religious entities]
that do business with the government and everywhere imaginable. This
corruption can destroy our trust in any kind of governing authority.
The
FBI investigates allegations, complaints or unsupported delusions of
public corruption which include bribery, embezzlement, kickbacks,
racketeering, threats, targeting, questionable rewards, strange
phenomenon, mental health abuse and money laundering, as well as wire,
mail, bank, and tax fraud. They work with various federal, state and local
agencies and partners by implementing operational tools such as undercover
work, helpful citizens and outreach programs.
If
anyone has any information about potential public corruption or you think
that you walked into something beyond your understanding, please submit a
tip online, ask for help or contact your local field office. Your actions
make a difference and perhaps for your cooperation, the FBI may help you
out of a difficult situation.
Before
contacting the FBI, you may want to enlist a trustworthy lawyer to protect
you from questionable federal practices. It has always been my fear that I
would be forced to ask for help, tell the truth in front of a prejudicial
panel of my peers or report something only to be arrested for a crime that
I did not commit or I would be perceived as mad, delusional and
incompetent for presenting untraditional thoughts. Please use your own
judgment in reporting things since my advice may be impaired due to my
childlike naïve innocence. Make
sure you do not create more trouble than it is worth, you may vanish
mysteriously, metaphorically or literally speaking. I want to thank the
Chester County Commissioners, employees and citizens for their honor and
integrity, but we must be vigilant for any forms of public corruption that
may influence our lives. May is family wellness month so let us teach our
family how to properly deal with public corruption and report things
without incriminating ourselves since everything is becoming illegal or
punishable.

Spiritual
and Emotional Wellness
Commissioners,
Citizens and Media:
I am
Alan Scott, a citizen engaged in Executive Protection for Civilians.
Using
FBI articles from their website, I want to educate the public about the
spiritual and emotional struggles in our daily lives from a Law
Enforcement view and my own observations. We are connected
to each other, even if we are not in the same profession.
According
to the article "The
Practice of Spirituality and Emotional Wellness in Law Enforcement" by Dan S. Wilis, a Lieutenant from
the Las Mesa, California Police Department, "The essence of police work is to do
good and to serve while combating the evil that confronts officers daily.
The toxic effects of being immersed within the dark nature of society has
a tendency to drain the spirit and life from officers, leaving them
emotionally ill and susceptible to burn out, depression, bitterness,
ineffective service, suicidal thoughts, and a sense of hopelessness.…
The health and vitality of a community depends upon the emotional wellness
and spiritual connectedness to [public] service."
According
to the article "Wellness
and Spirituality Beyond Survival Practices
for Wounded Warriors" by Special Agent
Samuel Feemster from the FBI Behavioral Science Unit, he basically states that
combating these toxins requires spirituality in our daily lives. Spirituality
is not related to any religion that tries to control spirituality through
policies, restrictions and rituals. Spirituality
involves the human spirit, healthy spiritual freedoms and wise
interconnectedness with the universe. With the proper use of spirituality,
the wounded warrior can be healed by cleansing the darkness that engulfs
them. As a result, an officer can perform his duties with a sensible
intuition, better emotional intelligence, superior stress control and healthier
balance beyond survival mode.
It is my belief that it is not only law enforcement that is effected by the constant evil contamination besieging them, but also civilians who may have been exposed to similar wounds from interacting with each other. We all our hurting. Sometimes, a person can end up on our doorsteps with a message or suggestion to help us in our own personal challenges so give them a chance to express themselves.
We need to change the culture of the community by acknowledging the emotional and spiritual scars that community members receive indirectly from law enforcement, criminals and other professionals. We need to train our citizens in a nurturing and compassionate way to deal with their own wounds as well as those painful wounds inflicted by others. For more information, browse the FBI website or contact me. April is National Stress Awareness Month so let us explore spiritual and emotional wellness together.

Religious Crime and Violence Prevention
Commissioners,
Citizens and Media:
I am
Alan Scott, a citizen engaged in Executive Protection for Civilians.
Due to
my unwanted scary and bizarre exposure to hostile physical, mental and
spiritual religious games, I wanted to educate the public in Religious
Crime and Violence Prevention. Religious
crime and violence deals with the shadowy underworld of religious
indoctrinations and secretive practices that can overpower one's sanity.
Religion
can be a wonderful thing. It is full of moral thoughts, ethical stories,
historical accounts, metaphorical concepts and wonderful sayings.
Receiving a healthy education in a truthful way would reveal the mysteries
of God, spirituality and marvelous cultures. But this is not always the
case, it can unjustly target others who are not believers or followers of
an ideology.
If
religion suppresses people, limits freedoms, restricts education,
overpowers you, forces it down your throat, unjustly converts you and
threatens you, then it is a
cult pretending to be a religion. Spiritual forces can use deceptive
techniques to confuse people, create an atmosphere of hate, take advantage
of naïve people (brainwash) and use vulnerable citizens as weapons.
Spiritual Forces can create illusions against a non-conformist (dissenter)
by creating gossip, lies, taboos, biases, discriminations and other dirty
games. Spiritual Forces can
steal the soles of our friends and family members in a dark way. It
can leave such a bad taste in your mouth that it chases you away from
healthy teachings. Beware of false ideas, deceptive religions,
cults, corruption, shadowy spies, ungodly voices and dark
practices.
With
Counterintelligence: Crime and Violence Prevention and Executive
Protection principles, one can prevent any unhealthy exposure to a
religion. Know when to bring in backup
if you feel disoriented, threatened or vulnerable. Backup may include God,
law enforcement, spiritual friends, proper mental health support or
honorable strangers. For my
spiritual friends in the community, I do enjoy learning about different
cultures as long as it is presented in a healthy way and free of any
forceful indoctrinations, so-called accidents or covert games. Please
remember, there are things that I will never do in the name of religion or
any other ideologies especially if it is immoral or illegal.
April 10 thru 16 is
National Crime Victims Rights Week so let us share our wonderful stories
of enlightenment with each other in a loving way.

Counterintelligence:
Crime and Violence Prevention
Commissioners,
Citizens and Media:
I
am Alan Scott, a citizen engaged in Executive Protection for Civilians.
When
you are being processed through the community,
corporations, bureaucracies, mental health arenas, strange
court cases, background
investigations, criminal underworlds, religious kingdoms and weird family
practices, executive protection for civilians may provide an escape from
unseen friendly and unfriendly physical, mental, financial and spiritual
forces. It is a mindset that helps you to be proactive and stops unwanted
events before they occur.
Executive
Protection consists of programs and systems to protect a person from
unseen accidents, harmful situations and threats by using proper
intelligence and risk management assessments. Executive
Protection addresses the clients' physical, mental, financial and
spiritual well being and their surroundings. With a basic understanding of
protective measures, civilians will learn to control
their environment, solve problems quickly and
perform their duties free of hostile games and stresses.
Executive
Protection involves in-depth Threat Assessment of Unknown Entities,
Intelligence Gathering, Emergency Medical Care, Physical and Electronic
Security, Personal Protections, and Public Relations. In addition, it
includes Mental Health Schemes, Spiritual Protections,
Social Skills, Understanding of Civil and Criminal Laws, Crisis
Management, Travel Security Guidelines, Defensive Techniques and Weapons
Training.
Executive
Protection for civilians will ensure that individuals remain true to
themselves, be free from unwanted intrusions, stop dangerous brainwashing
and prevent harmful games. It may prevent targeting, political
indoctrinations and criminal recruitment. It may short-circuit community,
professional and workplace crime and violence; It may hinder legal,
social, mental health and law enforcement crime and violence;
It may thwart religious hate crime and violence; and finally,
prevent stalking and harassment exploitation.
With
a proper executive protection mindset, you learn to expect the unexpected,
identify problems, leave nothing to chance, know your limitations and
guard your tongue from evil. In the spirit of awareness,
March is national ethics awareness month. By applying executive
protection principles in your daily life, your physical, mental, financial
and spiritual environment will remains ethical, honorable, nurturing and
free from unwanted insanity.

Community
Resourceful Indoctrinations
Commissioners,
Citizens and Media:
I am
Alan Scott, a citizen engaged in Executive Protection for Civilians.
Today, I
want to discuss the community's vague human services listings on websites.
It is not enough to give the name of the organization, a politically
correct description and a phone number. Consumers may have insecurities,
indoctrination hang-ups and phone phobias when dealing with unknown
organizations, strangers and shadowy help. They may be unable to express
themselves without setting off red flags and may be confused about your
offerings. Our consumers may be exposed to unique physical, mental,
financial and spiritual challenges that may not fit our traditional views,
archaic beliefs and draconian policies. Each group should provide a
list of well defined
issues that they can handle comfortably.
For
example,
Who can
handle the consumer's physical, mental, financial and spiritual issues on
|
God,
Christ, spiritual: attacks, possessions,
warnings, conversions; predictions, prophecies and receiving messages
from beyond.
|
|
Mental
health fears, discrimination,
misstatements, mistreatment and mistruths.
|
|
Dirty
politics, white collar crimes, media attacks, criminality and shady
recruitment.
|
|
Intelligence
and law enforcement issues. This may include CIA, FBI, NSA, Secret
Service DEA or Military
issues that affect civilian's physical, mental and spiritual
mannerisms which may result in criminal thoughts about law enforcement
and related injustices.
|
|
Victimization
that deals with real events, spiritual
interactions or imaginary thoughts. This may include relationships,
targeting, suicidal conditions and religious games.
|
|
Women,
men, children, seniors and family issues that are outside of their
comfort zones.
|
|
Star
Wars, Star Trek, aliens or
star people ideologies.
|
|
Dark
thoughts that should remain untold in a public forum. Explore your own
demons.
|
|
Immunity
from legal traps, mental health entrapments, speaking the truth and
fears of being arrested for being yourself, asking for help or knowing
too much.
|
Let's
reveal the complicated
issues that our organization can handle properly without threatening the
consumer with strange mannerism, over reactions, druggings, law
enforcement exploitation and unwarranted fears. Not everybody is a
psychopath. Tell the consumer how to approach people properly and how to
present weird thoughts or strange ideas in a thoughtful rational way.
Provide information about what to do if they become uncomfortable with any
agency, advice or any form of prostitution. Without providing a
well-defined listing, it seems that you are telling the consumer: "Do
not bother us." and "Who cares about your communication
problems." Let's make
sure that we present an image that we are really here to help and we avoid
becoming a front for religious victimization, criminal activities,
entrapments, paying our bills and justifying our existence.
March is spiritual wellness month, so be sensitive to the consumer
well being.

Counterintelligence:
Crime and Violence Prevention
Commissioners,
Citizens and Media:
I
am Alan Scott, a citizen engaged in Counterintelligence: Crime
&
Violence Prevention.
Why
is our society promoting questionable drugs use for everything?
From what I hear, Drugs can cure what ills you with no consequences
physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. Trust me, the drug cartel,
drug industry and qualified paid experts know how to treat you. It
becomes scary when the line between drug dealers and licensed
professionals become blurry in regards to offering drugs that nobody
really requires or desires.
If
you feel too happy, depressed,
upset, socially challenged or sick, we have drugs galore to make you
happy, loose, zombie-like or healthy. If
you are unable to follow directions, sit still, keep quiet or take orders,
we have special drugs to make you obedient to the powers to be. We have
honorable people to help you along your path of discovery.
Personally,
I never used illegal drugs, abused prescription or misused
over-the-counter drugs, but I did encounter friends, strangers,
colleagues, mental health
experts and professionals who tried to shove it down my throat because I
was a child of the light. It
starts out with a simple gesture that becomes overpowering. Personally, I
am disgusted with the physical, mental, financial and spiritual games that
society is promoting. I do not support illegal drug use, the
legalization of outlawed drugs or the abuse of prescription and
non-prescription drugs. I support Federal Protection for those who become
targets of these games. It is big business to
promote legal and illegal drugs use and I refuse to participate in
such nonsense.
To
protect you from making bad decisions and drug exploitation, apply these
principles. Ignore drug ads and messages that you see in society. Be
skeptical about anyone promoting drug use. Look for hidden agendas from
your legal or illegal dealers. Do not be easily convinced that you are
physically, mentally and spiritually ill. Do not become a target. Let your
doctors or suppliers know your feelings about prescribing unnecessary
drugs. Do not allow society or dangerous undercurrents dictate what is
healthy for you without clear scientific or spiritual evidence.
Do not be afraid to bring in back up if you feel threatened. It
may save your life, prevent incarceration or hospitalization. There are
hidden agendas, criminal activities and games that goes along with
servicing clientele. There are hostile forces around you that can make you
appear physically, mentally and spiritually sick. It takes great courage,
strength and the power of God to say "NO" to physical, mental,
financial, spiritual and professional peer pressure.
Before
I conclude, I want to leave on a positive note. There are drugs that are
necessary to heal a person's mind, body and spirit, but requires a
honest and truthful analysis that is free from dangerous outside
influences. Alternative healing with a healthy support system and
customization must be explored to divinely heal. We need to identify
physical, mental and spiritual issues before prescribing any treatment.
Let the person find his way, learn to listen and be supportive in a
healthy way. Do no harm.
